Arthur was not born with the moniker which has been used up to this point. When Arthur was born at 6:38pm EST in a Super 8 motel in Florida, the Sunshine State, he was dubbed Scotland Yard Pierson the 8th. Such a title would denote that there were seven other Scotland Yard Piersons that preceded the birth of this, the eighth to carry the moniker. This, however, would not prove to be true. There was no Scotland Yard Pierson the 7th – Nor was there a 6th, nor a 5th, nor a 4th, nor a 3rd, nor a 2nd, nor a 1st. There has been no other Scotland Yard Pierson born into this world that I am aware of.
Why would his parents name their child as such if there was no such heritage to begin with? The reason was simple – they were mentally deranged.
